Update streamer.

Ovako...Stari streamer koji je bio tu, sa njim radi...ali da ne bih imao one glupe rotacije ograda ja sam ubacio novi streamer sa kojim su ograde ok...Ali sa novim streamerom ne mogu da pokrenem server.

Pokusaj staviti novi streamer i novi include ponovo, i onda rekompajluj skriptu.

U pawno --> include stavis "streamer.inc"
a u plugins stavis "streamer.dll" ukoliko koristis windows ili "streamer.so" ukoliko koristis linux.
