Obrisi sve iz pawno/include foldera(prvo odradi backup). Potom skini nove include-ove i plugine uz to.
Skini community compiler, amx assembly, pawn i samp stdlib i nove .exe fajlove za samp server. to sve ti dodje kao starter pack.
Postavi encoding na UTF-8 ili UTF-8-BOM i obavezno stavi -d3 parametar pri compilanju.
Ako ti jos bude izlazilo isprobaj nativechecker, mozda imas nesto kancerogeno u skripti.
Usput proveri da li imas sve VCRT-ove i .NET framework. Bilo bi super kada bi ih update, mozda ti je neki lib corruptovan.

Ne znam da li si obrisao sve sto sam ti napisao gore, posto meni izgleda kao da si nesto radio oko scriptinita tj. menjao, jer nema logike da ne radi.
Vrati se jednu verziju YSI-a nazad i ako ti radi mozes i ostati na njoj mada ne znam sta si sve radio da izazoves ove gresketine.

Kakve plugine koristis i jesi probao da dobijes output i sa crashdetectom i sa nativecheckerom?
Probaj sa cd 4.19.4 posto 4.20 ce stvarati neke crashove sa odredjenim pluginima.
Sada update samp-server.exe, samp-npc.exe i announce.exe
uz to i svaki plugin.
